A powerful and complex riserva red wine from Bivongi in Calabria, made from a blend of Greco Nero, Gaglioppo and Calabrese. The wine displays a deep ruby-red color with garnet reflections. The aroma is intensely spiced with dark fruits, leather and balsamic notes after long aging in chestnut barrels. Serve at 14°C with red meat, cold cuts and hearty meat dishes.
