Six light wines – two sparkling, three still whites and one light red – five litres of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and two Italian delicacies. Anfisya Bianco is included both as a still wine and as a lightly sparkling vivace made from the same grapes, so the difference between the two production methods is clear.
Serving: sparkling and white wines 8–10 °C, Caranto 14–16 °C. Store the olive oil in a dark place at room temperature.
