A rosé wine from Monferrato in Piedmont, made from Nebbiolo. The wine displays an intense, bright cherry-red color. The aroma offers cherry, raspberry and green apple. Good body and a light, lively sparkle, with a pleasantly bitter finish. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, and the must stays in contact with the skins for 48 hours before fermenting in steel tanks at around 19°C. The vines grow on calcareous clay soil of marine origin.
