Delivery and return
Delivery: 10 working days.
Returns: You always have 14 days to return an item. We only refund the cost of the product, excluding taxes and duties. Requests for tax and duty refunds must be directed to the Norwegian Tax Administration. This is because taxes and duties are paid in your name when ordering and are registered to your personal ID number.
