This Grillo wine is immediately appealing, with pronounced Sicilian characteristics and a distinct personality. Its salinity and minerality reflect the rich soils of the production area, as well as the proximity to the sea, which leaves its mark on the wine's development. The wine has a pale, straw-yellow color with a greenish hue. The aroma is complex and richly aromatic, with notes of flowers (jasmine, quince) and fresh citrus tones reminiscent of grapefruit, as well as a green undertone on the finish. On the palate, it appears well-structured, yet refined and elegant, with good body and pronounced acidity. The citrus tones also reappear on the palate and linger long in the mouth.
