Saccr Colpetrone

A fresh and young red wine from Umbria, made from a blend of local grape varieties. The wine is full-bodied with fruity notes of cherry, and has a long, lingering taste with soft tannins in the finish. Fermented with maceration at controlled temperature, with a subsequent maturation of at least 3 months. Serve at 16-18°C with meat sauces, red meat and grilled dishes.
