A fresh and mineral white wine from Soave in Veneto, made from the Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grape varieties. The wine has a clear, straw-yellow color with a dry taste and fine aromas of pear. Fermented in cement and aged in bottle. Serve at 10°C with fish dishes, soups and as an aperitif.
